You will collaborate with leadership to develop HR strategies, manage end-to-end lifecycle processes, and guide employee relations, engagement, and performance management.

Qualifications

• University degree required.
• 7–10 years HR experience with at least 3 years in field-facing/operational HR.
• Experience as HR Generalist or HR Business Partner with frontline leadership.
• Knowledge of compensation, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, performance management, leadership development, and local employment laws.
• Experience in a business partner model with local managers to drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Support employee engagement and foster positive workplace culture.
• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle: onboarding and offboarding.
• Provide guidance on employee relations and policy compliance.
• Partner with managers to identify training needs and coordinate learning opportunities.
• Support performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback.
• Assist in workforce planning and organizational development.
• Ensure accurate HR reporting and data management.
