Michael Page is seeking a People Partner in the Philippines to drive HR strategy in a growth-driven financial services setting. You will collaborate with leadership to align HR plans with business goals, foster a positive workplace culture, and manage end-to-end employee lifecycle including onboarding and offboarding.

You will guide on employee relations, coordinate training, support performance processes, and assist in workforce planning and organizational development.

Qualificações

• University degree required.
• 7–10 years HR experience with at least 3 years in field-facing or operational HR.
• Strong knowledge of compensation, org diagnosis, employee relations, performance management, leadership development, and local employment laws.
• Experience operating in a business partner model with local managers.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Support employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding and offboarding.
• Provide guidance on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with policies and labor laws.
• Partner with managers to identify training and development needs and coordinate learning opportunities.
• Support performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions.
• Assist in workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.
• Ensure accurate and timely HR reporting and data management.
