Job summary

Michael Page is recruiting a People Partner for a leading digital finance organization in the Philippines, based in Davao City. You will partner with leadership to shape HR strategy, oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle, and drive engagement in a growth-focused environment.

You will apply your 7–10 years HR experience in a generalist/partner role, handling compensation, employee relations, performance management, and local labor laws.

Qualifications

• University degree
• 7–10 years HR experience, with at least 3 years in a field-facing or operational HR role
• HR generalist or HR Business Partner with frontline leadership experience
• Knowledge of compensation, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, performance management, leadership development, and local employment laws
• Experience operating in a business partner model with local managers to drive outcomes

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Support employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding and offboarding.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, ensuring compliance with policies and labor laws.
• Partner with managers to identify training and development needs and coordinate learning opportunities.
• Support performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions.
• Assist in workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.
• Ensure accurate and timely HR reporting and data management.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful People Partner Should Have

• University degree
• Minimum 7-10 years HR experience, with at least 3 years in a field-facing or operational HR role
• Solid experience as HR generalist or HR Business Partner, with field-facing or frontline leadership experience
• Has working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, performance management, leadership development, and local employment laws.
• Extensive experience of operating in a business partner model, working with local managers to create positive business outcomes
