Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar HR role.
• Solid knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and best practices.

Responsabilités

• Assist in recruitment, including job postings and onboarding.
• Manage and update HR policies and employee handbooks.
• Handle employee relations and conflict resolution.
• Administer employee benefits and maintain accurate records.
• Support payroll processing and conduct new hire orientations.
• Organize training programs and HR-related events.
