Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years HR experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR processes.
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day recruitment activities and onboarding.
• Manage employee relations and HR policies.
• Coordinate timekeeping, attendance, and leave management.
• Assist payroll-related inquiries with accounting team.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain personnel records.
• Support training and performance management initiatives.
