Job summary

Remitly is seeking a People Operations Partner in Manila to bridge employees, HRBPs, and People programs. You will own day-to-day HR operations across the lifecycle, with a focus on timekeeping for the Philippines population, ensuring accurate data and compliant processes.

You will drive improvements, partner across levels, and support onboarding, transfers, and offboarding while maintaining data integrity in core HR systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HR operations, project coordination, or a closely related function.
• Strong timekeeping and HRIS familiarity with Workday and Jeonsoft ESS.
• Demonstrated empathy, curiosity, and collaboration to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide timekeeping support for the Philippines employee population using Jeonsoft ESS and Workday.
• Execute day-to-day HR operations: onboarding, offboarding, leaves, payroll review, benefits, and data maintenance.
• Manage HR JIRA ticketing end-to-end—timely, accurate resolutions within SLAs.
• Administer Workday HRIS, ensuring data integrity across records.
• Support onboarding, internal transfers, and offboarding programs.
• Propose improvements by identifying gaps, pitching solutions, and driving change.
