Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, HRM, or related field.
• 3–5 years in HR operations, employee experience, or project management.
• Experience with employee-facing programs or HR service delivery preferred.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end HR and People Support initiatives.
• Experience in workplace support, engagement programs, or administrative processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR process improvements, onboarding/offboarding, and support channels.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, IT, and Operations on projects.
• Track progress, measure service metrics, and report to leadership.
• Develop SOPs, templates, and playbooks for recurring HR ops.
• Assist with capability-building and team guidance.
