Buhay Platforms is seeking a proactive HR lead to own payroll, timekeeping, and benefits across office and site teams in the Philippines. You will guide the HR team, implement policies, and ensure airtight records and compliance as we scale construction projects.

You will collaborate with executive leadership to shape policies, systems, and culture while delivering a highly profitable operation on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of HR generalist or HR officer experience with payroll, timekeeping, and C&B exposure.
• At least 1–2 years in Philippine construction, real estate, or project-based industry preferred.
• Strong English and Filipino communication; ability to work with leadership and site ops.

Responsabilités

• Own payroll end-to-end, verify attendance, leaves, overtime, deductions, and ensure accurate payslips.
• Manage timekeeping for office and site staff; approve and reconcile records before payroll cut-off.
• Administer salary structures, allowances, overtime, 13th month pay, and incentives; manage HMO and leave credits.
• Ensure SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG remittance and DOLE alignment; maintain government records.
• Lead HR team; assign tasks, maintain standards, and develop capabilities.
• Run recruitment, screening, interviews, offers, onboarding for office/site hires.
• Maintain complete employee records and HRIS; ensure compliance and documentation.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary processes with proper documentation.
