Job summary

IBEX Global Solutions (Philippines) Inc. is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Admin to join our Manila team. You will administer government-mandated and company benefits at corporate or site level, ensure compliance, and partner with Operations and HR to resolve issues.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least two years in C&B, preferably in a BPO. Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS is preferred, with strong confidentiality and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2 years of related experience; BPO/Call Center experience a plus.
• MS Office proficiency; HRIS experience preferred.
• Maintain highest level of confidentiality.
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to define problems and prioritize in a multi-tasked environment.
• Flexibility to work graveyard shift.

Responsibilities

• Administers government mandated and company initiated benefits at the Corporate and/or Site level.
• Ensures benefits are consistent with their status and level; escalates to HR Leaders as needed.
• Maintains records of Compensation and Benefits movements (promotion, regularization, merit increase).
• Handles HR information system and maintains 201 files.
• Partners with Operations and other departments to resolve benefits issues.
• Provides ongoing training for new processes and policies.
• Communicates with Corporate HR about challenges and improvements.
• Accountable for decisions and actions related to duties.
• Follow up to ensure internal customer satisfaction.
• Makes recommendations to improve processes.
• Knowledge of applicable laws and company policies; ensure compliance.
• Provide feedback to management on potential problems.
