Job summary

IBEX Global Solutions Philippines site seeks a seasoned Human Resources Manager to align business objectives with employees and management across the designated site. You will act as a consultant to management on HR-related issues and drive integrated solutions to support business goals.

Responsibilities include overseeing leaves, employee relations investigations, compliance with labor laws, training and development, and coordination with recruitment to ensure compliant hiring and accurate HR

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business or related field with 5+ years HR experience.
• Strong HR knowledge including regulatory areas such as FMLA, ADAAA, ERISA, OHSA, FLSA, Workers Compensation.
• Proficient in MS Office and HRIS; capable of managing HR documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Consult management on HR-related issues to align with business objectives.
• Ensure safety policies and compliance across sites and locations.
• Handle leaves of absence (LOAs) and related approvals.
• Coordinate recruitment and ensure compliant hiring practices.
• Maintain accurate employee files and HR records; manage investigations.
• Develop training and development opportunities; support retention efforts.
