Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
• At least two years of HR experience focusing on employee relations and multi-discipline administration.
• Experience in telecommunications, call center, or large employee environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and HR policies.
• Excellent communication, confidentiality, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support a specific client group with guidance on HR issues and policy administration.
• Partner with Recruiting, Training, and Operations to onboard and orient new employees.
• Administer HR programs across the employee lifecycle, including leave, safety, benefits, compensation, and HRIS.
• Provide HR training support for management and drive employee engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with managers to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
