Job summary

Worldwide Logistics Philippines Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced HR & Admin Manager to strengthen the HR function in the Philippines.

You will work with local management and International Headquarters to develop people practices, focusing on employee relations, performance management, payroll, and compliance. The successful candidate will bring hands-on HR experience, sound judgment, and the ability to translate business needs into practical HR solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in employee/labor relations and complex employee case handling.
• Experience implementing KPI, appraisals and PIP processes.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor regulations and local HR practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage and strengthen local HR practices and processes in line with business needs and company requirements.
• Partner with management and International Headquarters on people matters and organizational needs.
• Provide HR advice to managers on employee and people-related matters.
• Handle employee relations and complex cases, including grievances and disciplinary actions.
• Advise on documentation compliant with Philippine labor requirements and company policies.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel on labor-related matters when needed.
• Translate business needs into measurable performance objectives with management.
• Oversee KPI, appraisal, and Performance Improvement Plan processes.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for key positions with hiring managers.
