Job summary

The Human Resources Manager in the Philippines partners with management to align business objectives with employees, acting as a consultant across HR functions including compliance, safety, performance management, and training.

You will lead investigations, manage leaves of absence, and coordinate compensation actions while ensuring regulatory compliance and strong employee relations across sites. This role requires a proactive, detail‑oriented HR partner capable of influencing at all levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology, business or related field with 5+ years HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state and local HR regulations (FMLA, ADAAA, FLSA, etc.).
• Ability to communicate with all management levels and act as a professional partner.
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Partner with site management to administer compensation changes and personnel actions.
• Lead investigations and resolve complex employee relations issues.
• Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and keep HR policies up to date.
• Coordinate training and development opportunities for site staff.
• Prepare and submit HR reports and analytics as directed.
