Job summary

Prime System Solutions is seeking a People & Operations Lead for Philippines operations. This onsite role partners with leadership to drive engagement, ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, and scale HR operations in a growing MSP/BPO setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Admin or related field.
• 10-12 years of progressive HR or People Operations experience including leadership.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
• Experience in BPO/offshore staffing environments preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical, reporting and process improvement capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Strategic HR leadership and business partnership with leadership.
• Oversee full employee lifecycle including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
• Manage employee relations, investigations, and compliance with labor laws.
• Drive performance, talent development, engagement, and retention programs.
• Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure service delivery.
• Oversee HR operations, payroll inputs, benefits, attendance, and HR systems.
