Job summary

Origo BPO Pty is seeking a Team Manager (Software Delivery & Professional Services) to lead a small but skilled team including software engineers, a scrum master, a data scientist, and a QA automation tester. The role focuses on people management, KPIs, and performance within client engagements.

You will not own delivery or backlog; you will assess technical output, drive process improvements, and ensure high-quality collaboration with client and Origo leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of Team Leader experience.
• Experience with SDLC, Scrum/Kanban.
• Ability to read sprint boards, velocity and defect reports.
• Ability to set and manage performance KPIs for technical roles.

Responsibilities

• Own team KPIs and performance reporting to client.
• Define and track KPIs for technical roles.
• Read delivery signals from sprint boards and defect reports.
• Identify process improvements and raise them to client and leadership.
• Lead team with open communication and motivate members.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and reporting.
