Origo BPO Pty is seeking a Team Manager to supervise and motivate a billing-focused team across client accounts. You will serve as the main contact for team members, ensuring proactive communication and smooth operations in a hybrid work setup.

Hands-on processing is not required, but revenue-cycle fluency is essential. You will lead daily huddles, monitor metrics, and drive coaching, with a focus on timely invoicing and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proven 5+ years of Team Leader experience.
• Exposure to billing or revenue-cycle operations in a BPO or shared services environment.
• Strong leadership and influencing skills.
• Excellent time management and ability to prioritize work.
• Results-oriented and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Understands what a billing analyst produces to represent the team credibly to the client.
• Able to read unbilled reports and rebill/credit-note logs and ask the right questions on exceptions.
• Familiarity with ERP and billing platforms, client invoice submission portals, and ticketing tools.
• Past background as a biller who moved into people management is a strong plus.

• Oversee day-to-day operations and monitor performance.
• Run daily huddles, queue reviews, and shift endorsements across billing teams.
• Own the billing cycle end to end—from service record to invoice.
• Clear billing exceptions and holds and ensure invoices reach the client portal.
• Represent the team's delivery status credibly in client conversations (WBRs/MBRs).
• Coach and motivate team members and identify training needs.
• Ensure coverage discipline and back-up for deliverables during absences.
