Job summary

Origo BPO Pty is seeking an Accounts Payable Team Manager to supervise a transactional finance team across client accounts. The role emphasizes people leadership, delivery oversight, and strong P2P fluency; hands-on processing is not required.

You will drive daily operations, coaching, and performance reporting while ensuring effective collaboration with clients. Hybrid work is available with occasional on-site reporting as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
•  
• 5+ years of Team Leader experience in a BPO/shared-services environment.
•  
• Exposure to procure-to-pay / AP operations (invoice intake, coding, PO matching, statement reconciliation)
•  
• Strong leadership and influencing skills.
•  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•  
• AP processor background and progression toward people management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create an inspiring team environment with open communication.

• Oversee day-to-day operations and monitor metrics.

• Lead weekly huddles, queue reviews, and shift endorsements.
