Job summary

Origo BPO Pty is seeking a Service Delivery Manager for Finance Operations to lead Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing and Collections, with end-to-end accountability for the cluster and client relationships. The role reports through Team Managers, drives performance, and develops leadership within the team.

The role requires hands-on experience with ERP and AP/AR platforms, a solid order-to-cash background, and proven ability to manage P&L and staffing in a BPO context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years managing Team Managers or team leaders in a BPO or shared-services environment.
• Deep order-to-cash experience across AP, AR, billing, collections and cash application.
• Has carried a P&L or owned cost and margin on an account.
• Able to read AR aging reports and collections trackers and ask the right questions on disputes, promises-to-pay and unapplied cash.
• Hands-on with ERP and AP/AR platforms, client billing portals, and case or ticketing tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the cluster P&L — revenue, cost, margin and utilization.
• Identify margin leaks: overtime, shrinkage, unbilled work, and uncharged absorbed work.
• Oversee Accounts Payable processes: throughput, matching, reconciliation, duplicate payments, aged payables.
• Oversee Accounts Receivable and Collections: AR aging, DSO, collections against target, disputes, and write-offs.
• Oversee Billing: accuracy, invoice submission into client portals, unbilled revenue, rebilling, disputes.
• Manage Cash application: remittance matching, age of unapplied cash.
• Own client-facing numbers and challenge them before submission.
• Lead Team Managers across lines; set standards and drive performance through them.
