Job summary

Origo BPO in the Philippines seeks a Sr. Service Delivery Manager - Accounting Practice to lead a cluster of accounting clients and their teams. You will ensure end-to-end delivery, operational performance, and client satisfaction while driving transformation initiatives.

The role requires strong technical accounting skills, people leadership, and the ability to work cross functionally with Sales, Training, and HR. CPA and US GAAP experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting required.
• CPA and public accounting experience a strong plus.
• 10-15 years of progressive accounting experience required.
• Experience with US GAAP required.
• Executive interaction and experience working with C-Suite executives required.
• BPO or similar shared service experience required.
• Experience working cross functionally and collaboratively required.
• Well-developed business acumen with intellectual curiosity and analytical skills required.
• Strong operational execution and organizational skills required.
• Excellent communication and strong English skills are essential.
• Team player and willingness to be flexible and adaptive is essential.

Responsibilities

• Technical Accounting Oversight: support, enable and review various aspects of corporate financial accounting.
• People Leadership: lead a large and diverse accounting team; develop, guide, coach; create a player-coach culture.
• Cross-functional Interactions: collaborate with Service Delivery, Sales, Training, and HR to support goals.
• Stakeholder and Relationship Management: engage with client contacts, address inquiries, escalate as needed.
• Commercial Expansion: identify opportunities to expand Origo support within client portfolio.
• Process Improvement: review processes for transformation, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
• Practice Build: codify service line operations, develop standards and playbooks, assist recruitment and onboarding.
