Qualifications

• Experience supervising HR staff and guiding HR functions.
• Knowledge of labor laws and ISO/QMS requirements.
• Experience with payroll processing and government contributions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide HR staff in recruitment, employee relations, timekeeping and payroll support.
• Implement HR strategies, policies and procedures aligned with company objectives.
• Oversee recruitment and selection for technical and non-technical roles.
• Monitor performance evaluations, training and career development programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety standards and ISO/QMS.
• Manage employee relations, grievances and disciplinary actions with management.
• Validate attendance, leave, overtime and manpower reports for payroll.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs including government contributions.
• Support initiatives like engagement, retention and recognition programs.
• Prepare HR reports and recommend process improvements to top management.
• Act as liaison between employees and management to maintain a positive environment.
• Perform errands and other duties as required by immediate superior.
