Job summary

Autokid Subic Trading Corporation is seeking an HR Specialist to support daily HR operations from recruitment to employee records. The role focuses on end-to-end recruitment, timekeeping, and HR administration, with opportunities to engage branches as needed.

The successful candidate will hold a relevant bachelor's degree and 1–2 years of HR experience, demonstrating strong communication and confidentiality. This is an on-site position based in Bulacan, Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of HR experience, preferably with exposure to recruitment and HR administration.
• Knowledge of recruitment processes, employee relations, timekeeping, and basic labor standards.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Willing to travel or provide HR support to branches when required.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment, and endorsement of qualified candidates.
• Coordinate interview schedules with applicants and hiring managers.
• Prepare and maintain interview assessment reports and recruitment documentation.
• Monitor the status of job vacancies and ensure timely hiring based on manpower requirements.
• Coordinate job offers, pre-employment requirements, and onboarding activities.
• Maintain an updated database and monitoring of applicants and recruitment records.
• Maintain and update employee 201 files and other HR records.
• Prepare HR-related documents, reports, and correspondence.
• Assist in the processing and monitoring of employee movements, including hiring, transfers, promotions, and separation.
• Monitor employee attendance, tardiness, absences, undertime, and other timekeeping concerns.
