Private Advertiser is seeking a People Experience Partner to be the go-to HR contact for employees and stakeholders in a US-based healthcare environment. This fully onsite role in Pasig City handles employee support, HR case management, US compliance, and process improvements.

You will be the first point of contact for HR questions, manage cases through ticketing systems, and implement consistent people practices while handling sensitive information with discretion.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR-related roles such as People Operations, HR Operations, or Employee Services.
• Working knowledge of US employment practices and compliance requirements.
• Experience handling HR inquiries and service requests via case management or ticketing systems.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the HR contact for employees and business stakeholders; provide guidance on policies and processes.
