Job summary

W Bridges Manpower Corporation is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee personnel policies, hiring practices, and workplace culture, bridging management and staff across the organization.

The role requires strong knowledge of Philippine labor law, DOLE compliance, and hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, and performance management. You will lead HR processes and reporting while fostering consistent execution across branches.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of progressive generalist HR experience.
• Two+ years in supervisory/managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor law and DOLE compliance.
• Hands-on in recruitment, ER, performance mgmt, comp & benefits, policy implementation, and HR documentation.
• Experience supporting multiple branches/business units.

Responsibilities

• Assess the current HR organization, team capability, processes, and compliance risks.
• Address gaps in recruitment, onboarding, regularisation, employee records, and disciplinary procedures.
• Establish turnaround times, accountability, and reporting standards for the HR team.
• Strengthen performance management, leadership development, and succession planning.
• Improve workforce planning and recruitment for critical roles.
• Provide management with HR reports, risk assessments, and actionable recommendations.
• Build credibility with employees and management through consistent and timely execution.
