Job summary

You will lead recruitment cycles, address staff relations, support performance development, manage attendance and payroll processing, and ensure adherence to local labor laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2 to 4+ years of hands-on HR experience with supervisory or leadership skills.
• Strong working knowledge of local labor codes, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills, HRIS proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the HR department.
• Manage recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Handle employee relations and guide staff on company policies.
• Oversee administration and payroll and ensure compliant and timely payroll processing.
• Stay up-to-date with local labor laws and ensure HR procedures meet regulations.
