Job summary

W Bridges Manpower Corporation in Tacloban is seeking an Assistant HR Manager to support the HR Manager in daily operations, including recruitment, payroll processing, employee relations, and labor law compliance.

You will oversee HR functions, manage records, coordinate hiring and onboarding, monitor leaves, process payroll, resolve grievances, and guide managers on KPIs to ensure a productive, compliant, and collaborative workplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology, business administration or related field.
• 3–5 years HR experience with supervisory/assistant managerial exposure.
• Knowledge of local labor regulations (DOLE) Philippines.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• HR Operations & Administration: Oversee day-to-day HR functions, maintain employee records, and assist with policy formulation and implementation.
• Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing), coordinate orientation, and facilitate onboarding.
• Payroll & Compliance: Monitor employee leaves/attendance, process payroll, and ensure strict compliance with local labor laws.
• Employee Relations: Address employee grievances, provide conflict resolution, and support a positive workplace culture.
• Performance Management: Coordinate performance appraisal cycles and guide managers on setting KPIs
