Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of progressive HR management experience.
• Background in logistics, e-commerce, retail, tech, or large multinational operations.
• Business fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written).
• Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and employment compliance.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize local HR policies, structures, compensation models, and performance systems tailored to the Philippines.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for leadership and core roles; build local talent pools across key functions.
• Bridge Chinese leadership and local Filipino teams to ensure smooth collaboration and alignment.
• Oversee employee relations, grievances, and compliance with labor laws; manage exit processes.
• Maintain relationships with Philippine government agencies, immigration offices, and HR vendors; handle visas and permits.
