Job summary

Synpulse is seeking a People Insights & Process Manager to enhance workforce analytics and automate human resources processes. The role partners with regional teams and external vendors to deliver data-driven process improvements and HR technology initiatives.

This 12-month maternity cover sits within the Operations function and focuses on governance, analytics, and continuous improvement to elevate employee experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems or related discipline.
• 7–10 years of HR Operations, People Analytics or HR Project Management experience.
• Experience with HRIS implementations and process improvement initiatives.
• Strong understanding of HR systems, end-to-end HR processes, and data governance.
• Analytical mindset with ability to derive insights from workforce data.
• Experience automating People processes using AI or automation tools.
• Advantage: experience with AI and automation tech (CoPilot Studio, Power Automate).
• Commitment to data accuracy, reporting quality and audit readiness.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
