Job summary

Viventis Search Asia is seeking an HR Business Partner - People Analytics to strengthen how we leverage workforce, performance, and business data to drive organizational strategy. You will bridge HR platforms with executive leadership, delivering insights that inform decisions and improve outcomes.

In this role, you will build recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and predictive tools, while maintaining data integrity across HubSpot CRM, TapTalent ATS, and HRIS.

Qualifications

5-7 years of HR Analytics, Performance Management, or HRBP experience with a quantitative track record.
Strong stakeholder management and ability to design performance frameworks.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization tools (Power BI or Tableau).
Experience with ATS/CRM/HRIS systems (HubSpot CRM and TapTalent ATS a plus).

Responsibilities

Partner with executives to translate HR data into strategic business initiatives.
Oversee performance management design, KPIs, and target setting across teams.
Build and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and predictive performance tools.
Ensure data integrity across HR platforms and streamline reporting workflows.
