Job summary

GUS Education PH is seeking an HR Analytics Specialist to optimize People data, HR technology, and reporting. You will partner with IT and People & Culture to implement system updates, maintain data accuracy, and deliver actionable insights to leadership.

The role requires 3+ years in People Operations or related fields, strong Excel and HRIS skills, and an ability to translate data into business-friendly insights. Hybrid work setup with onsite first 3 months and ongoing schedule alignment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, business, information systems, analytics, or related field.
At least 3 years of experience in People Operations, HRIS, HR technology, People Analytics, reporting.

Responsibilities

Serve as the designated point of contact for assigned People systems and HR technology, including HR OMNI.
Maintain accurate employee information and system records.
Coordinate system updates, user access, testing, enhancements, and issue resolution.
Monitor recurring system issues and identify opportunities for automation and improved usability.
Prepare timely People Operations reports covering relevant workforce and employee metrics.
Develop and maintain reporting templates, dashboards, and management information tools.
Ensure data privacy and confidentiality in all HR data handling.
