Job summary

HR TechX Corp is seeking a seasoned People Operations specialist to manage HRIS, HR systems, and data governance across the organization in Metro Manila.

You will partner with HR, Operations, and business stakeholders to implement system enhancements, support US HR processes, and drive reporting, analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will also help ensure data accuracy, governance, and privacy compliance across multiple platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in HR, business, IS, analytics or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain People Operations systems, tools, and platforms to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
• Manage employee data, system configurations, workflows, and process updates across HR systems.
• Provide support for system-related inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution, escalating complex cases as needed.
• Prepare and analyze HR reports, dashboards, and workforce data to support business decision-making.
• Collaborate with HR, Operations, and business stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and implement system enhancements.
• Participate in system testing, upgrades, implementations, and change management activities.
• Maintain process documentation, knowledge articles, and standard operating procedures.
• Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and adherence to established governance and privacy requirements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for automation, self-service, and operational efficiency.
