Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver workforce analytics dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting solutions.
• Analyze workforce trends: headcount, attrition, hiring, internal mobility, and organizational effectiveness.
• Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance and leaders to identify reporting requirements.
• Translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
