Viventis Search Asia is seeking an HR Business Partner - People Analytics to strengthen how we leverage workforce, performance, and business data to drive organizational strategy. You will bridge HR platforms with executive leadership, delivering insights that inform decisions and improve outcomes.

In this role, you will build recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and predictive tools, while maintaining data integrity across HubSpot CRM, TapTalent ATS, and HRIS.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of HR Analytics, Performance Management, or HRBP experience with a quantitative track record.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to design performance frameworks.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization tools (Power BI or Tableau).
• Experience with ATS/CRM/HRIS systems (HubSpot CRM and TapTalent ATS a plus).

Job Title: HR Business Partner - People Analytics

Viventis Search Asia is looking for a HR Business Partner - People Analytics to strengthen how we leverage workforce, performance, and business data to drive organizational strategy.

In this role, you will act as a strategic bridge between business operations and people strategy. Working directly with Executive Directors, Industry Directors, and senior stakeholders, you will combine HR business partnering expertise with advanced data analytics and performance management frameworks to translate complex data into actionable business outcomes.

Stakeholder Partnership & Strategy

• Act as a data-driven thought partner to executive leadership, translating complex business problems into clear analytical initiatives.
• Present insights and strategic recommendations compellingly to both HR and operational leaders.
• Partner with business unit leads to connect people metrics (retention, recruitment throughput, productivity) directly to revenue and operational KPIs.

Performance Management

• Oversee the design, monitoring, and continuous improvement of performance management frameworks, KPIs, and target-setting processes across teams.
• Analyze performance and productivity trends to identify capability gaps, high-potential talent, and intervention opportunities.
• Provide data-backed recommendations to guide coaching, incentive alignment, and management decisions.

People & Business Analytics

• Build, maintain, and scale recurring and ad hoc HR reports, executive dashboards, and predictive performance tools.
• Monitor revenue, placement velocity, utilization, and workforce metrics to provide a holistic view of organizational health.
• Conduct root-cause analysis to answer critical business questions: "Why did it happen?", "What does the data tell us?", and "What should we do next?"

Data Integrity & HR Systems

• Maintain strict data integrity and governance across system platforms (HubSpot CRM, TapTalent ATS, and HRIS).
• Streamline manual reporting processes using advanced visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and spreadsheet models.
• Identify opportunities to automate workflows and optimize organizational data practices.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5-7 years of relevant experience in HR Analytics, Performance Management, or HR Business Partnering (HRBP) with a strong quantitative track record.
• Core Skills: Demonstrated success in stakeholder management, performance framework design, workforce planning, and business analytics.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets; hands-on experience with Data Visualization software (Power BI or Tableau); familiarity with ATS, HRIS, and CRM systems (HubSpot CRM and TapTalent ATS experience is a strong advantage).
• Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex data narratives simply and persuasively to executive stakeholders.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
