TaskUs is seeking a Senior Manager, People Solutions to lead enterprise HR transformation initiatives, aligning processes and systems with company strategy. You will drive change, leverage data insights, and partner with executives to optimize HR operations across the organization.

The role requires deep HR knowledge, strong analytic capabilities, and a proven track record in BPO environments, with a focus on scalable, future-ready HR solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience leading HR transformations in complex/large organizations.
• In-depth knowledge of HR processes, technologies, and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Change management certification is a plus.
• Experience implementing HR projects in the BPO industry is required.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive HR transformation strategy aligned with business objectives.
