Job summary

Cebu Pacific Air is seeking an experienced People Analytics professional to lead the consolidation and analysis of workforce data within a hybrid Pasay-based setup. You will partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Management, and IT to deliver insightful dashboards and actionable recommendations.

The role requires 6–8 years in HR analytics with strong Power BI and Excel skills, and a track record in managing analytics projects and stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology, behavioral science, business administration, business analytics or related field.
• 6–8 years of experience in people analytics, HR analytics, workforce analytics or HR reporting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Hands-on analytics lifecycle experience: descriptive, diagnostic, predictive analytics and business recommendations.
• Advanced MS Excel and Power BI proficiency with data accuracy and visualization focus.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, workforce metrics and HRIS/HCM data flows; familiarity with Darwinbox or SAP SuccessFactors preferred.
• Experience identifying AI or emerging-technology use cases with data privacy and governance awareness.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder relationship skills; ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead consolidation and analysis of workforce data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities in employee experience, retention and performance.
• Partner with HRBPs, Talent Management, and Total Rewards to interpret people metrics and support strategic HR initiatives.
• Oversee HR reporting processes ensuring accuracy and timeliness aligned with management needs.
• Provide data-driven insights and dashboards on headcount, attrition, engagement, succession, and workforce planning.
• Ensure integrity and compliance of employee information in HR systems; collaborate to optimize HRIS configuration.
• Translate workforce insights into actionable recommendations informing people strategies and decisions.
• Support HR planning cycles, audits and compliance reporting through validated workforce information.
• Promote a culture of transparency, accountability and data-informed decision-making within HR.
