• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large amounts of data.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Able to handle confidential employee information with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Assist in collecting, consolidating, and validating HR data from various sources.
• Prepare regular HR reports, dashboards, and presentations covering key people metrics.
• Analyze employee data such as headcount, turnover, hiring, absenteeism, workforce movement, and other HR metrics.
• Identify trends and patterns in HR data and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Support the development and maintenance of HR dashboards and analytics reports.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of employee data.
• Assist in monitoring and tracking HR KPIs and workforce-related metrics.
• Conduct basic data analysis to support recruitment, retention, workforce planning, and other HR initiatives.
• Coordinate with HR teams to gather and validate required data.
• Support process improvement and automation initiatives related to HR reporting and analytics.
