Job summary

The role will also manage HR systems projects, including planning, implementation, testing, and documentation, while coordinating with internal stakeholders and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, IT, BA, IS, CS, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in HR systems/HRIS/analytics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; Power BI experience is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM preferred.
• Experience with HR system testing (UAT) and automation preferred.
• Experience leading HR systems projects or digital transformation is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to generate reports and insights.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations to support business decision-making.
• Lead or manage assigned HR systems initiatives, including planning, coordinating timelines, documentation, implementation, and stakeholder communication.
• Support HR system testing, troubleshooting, enhancements, and automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors to ensure successful delivery of HR systems projects.
