• Strong communication with a professional demeanor

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to pediatric offices, schools, daycares, and community orgs to introduce services and build referral relationships
• Send templated follow-up emails after every call
• Add meetings and tours to the team calendar when contacts show interest
• Follow a structured cadence to nurture leads over time
• Log calls, outcomes, and next steps in the outreach tracker
• Maintain partner and contact database including call history
• Schedule, confirm, and send reminders for partner meetings and tours
• Draft routine correspondence from provided templates
• Pull weekly outreach summary of activity
• Triage inbox and flag items needing leadership reply
