Job summary

Tavor Perry is seeking a warm, confident Healthcare Partnership Outreach Specialist to expand our pediatric therapy referral network. You will reach out to pediatric medical offices, schools, daycares, and community organizations, present our services, and schedule tours and meetings with interested partners.

The ideal candidate will have a friendly phone presence, strong written English, and solid calendar management.

Qualifications

Demonstrated outbound or cold calling experience.
Clear, friendly phone presence and rapport-building ability.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Experience scheduling and managing appointments.
Proficient with Google Sheets/Workspace.
Self-directed with strong organizational discipline.

Responsibilities

Reach out by phone to pediatric offices, schools, daycares, and community orgs to introduce therapy services and establish referral relationships.
Send templated follow-up emails after calls.
Place meetings and tours on the calendar for interested partners.
Maintain a structured follow-up rhythm to nurture leads.
Document calls, outcomes, and next steps in the outreach tracker.
Keep partner/contact database updated with organization details and call history.
Arrange, confirm, and send reminders for meetings and tours.
Write routine correspondence using provided templates.
Produce a weekly outreach summary of calls, meetings, and follow-ups.
