Job summary

Tavor Perry is seeking a Healthcare Partnership Outreach Specialist in the Philippines to build a referral network for pediatric ABA and occupational therapy services. You will connect with pediatric medical offices, schools, daycares, and community organizations, nurture relationships, and schedule meetings and tours with interested partners.

The ideal candidate has a warm, confident phone presence, strong written English, and excellent calendar and outreach-tracker organization to keep tasks

Qualifications

• Experience with outbound calling or cold calling.
• Clear, confident, warm phone presence and a talent for building rapport quickly.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Experience managing calendars and booking appointments.
• Organized, exacting, and able to manage your own workload.
• Strong communication skills and a professional, personable style.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Call pediatric medical offices, schools, daycares, and community organizations to introduce our therapy services and grow referral relationships.
• Send a templated follow-up email after each call.
• Place meetings and tours directly on the team calendar whenever a contact is interested.
• Work through a structured follow-up cadence to develop leads over time; note every call, outcome, and next step accurately in the shared outreach tracker.
• Update the partner and contact database, including organization details and call history.
• Book, confirm, and send reminders for partner meetings and tours.
• Write routine correspondence such as thank-you notes and introductory emails from provided templates.
• Prepare a weekly outreach summary of calls made, meetings booked, and follow-ups due.
• Manage the outreach inbox and flag messages that need a direct reply from leadership.
