Job summary

vamasters, Inc. is seeking a Healthcare Partnership Outreach Specialist in the Philippines to grow our pediatric referral network for ABA and OT services. You will contact pediatric offices, schools, and community groups, present services, and schedule tours with interested partners.

The ideal candidate has strong English writing, a friendly phone presence, and solid calendar management to maintain outreach trackers and follow-up cadences.

Qualifications

• Outbound calling experience with a proven track record.
• Clear, confident phone manner that builds rapport quickly.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Experience managing calendars and scheduling appointments.
• Proficient with Google Sheets and Google Workspace.
• Ability to track and organize outreach data accurately.
• Experience with lead nurturing and follow-up cadences.

Responsibilities

• Phone pediatric medical offices, schools, daycares, and community organizations to present therapy services and grow referral relationships.
• Follow up every call with an email based on templates.
• Add meetings and tours to the team calendar when interest is shown.
• Work through a structured follow-up cadence that nurtures leads over time.
• Capture each call, outcome, and next step in the outreach tracker.
• Update and maintain partner and contact database, including organization details and call history.
• Book, confirm, and send reminders for partner meetings and tours.
• Prepare routine correspondence from provided templates (thank-you notes, intros).
• Assemble a weekly outreach summary of calls, meetings, and follow-ups.
• Screen the outreach inbox and highlight items needing leadership response.
