We are seeking a talented and experienced PCO/SO (Safety Officer) to join our team at Philippine Spring Water Resources, Inc. in Canlubang, Calamba City, Laguna.

What we’re looking for

1. Minimum of 1 year experience as a PCO/SO in the manufacturing industry, fresh grad with related internship is welcome to apply.

2. With Bachelor's Degree in Engineering

3. Preferably with BOSH and COSH Certification

1. Conducting regular safety inspections and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards

2. Developing and implementing comprehensive safety policies, procedures and training programs

3. Ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and legislation

4. Investigating and reporting on any incidents or accidents, and implementing corrective actions

5. Collaborating with departments across the organization to promote a strong safety culture

6. Maintaining detailed records and preparing safety reports for management

7. Providing expert guidance and support to employees on all safety-related matters

Salary: starting 20k basic salary with increase after regularization.
