Job summary

Safeway Fire Safety Specialist Phils. Inc. is seeking a Safety Officer in Canlubang, Laguna to ensure compliance with OSH standards, conduct inspections and promote workplace safety across project sites.

You will implement policies, perform risk assessments, investigations, provide trainings, and prepare safety reports, with emphasis on DOLE/OSH compliance and effective communication across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Certification: BOSH SO2 and COSH SO2.
• Minimum 2 years of safety experience in construction/manufacturing.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and OSH standards.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to be assigned in Canlubang, Laguna; preferably residing nearby.
• First aid training is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and enforce workplace safety policies

• Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations

• Ensure compliance with DOLE and OSH regulations

• Provide safety training and orientations

• Prepare and submit safety reports

Qualifications:

• Should have both of BOSH SO2 and COSH SO2 certifications

• 2+ years of safety experience in construction, manufacturing, or related fields
