Job summary

VRI Crew is seeking a Payroll and Total Rewards Specialist to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, administer compensation and benefits programs, and support compliance with labor laws. The role focuses on delivering a positive employee experience.

You will handle requests, coordinate with finance and vendors, run reports, and participate in salary reviews and benchmarking to support competitive total rewards strategies.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly/bi-weekly payroll accurately and on time
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies
• Maintain payroll records, employee data, and statutory deductions
• Handle payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies
• Coordinate with finance, banks, and external payroll vendors as required
• Prepare payroll reports for management and audits
• Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salaries, allowances, bonuses, and incentives
• Support annual salary reviews, merit increases, and bonus cycles
• Manage employee benefits programs (medical insurance, leaves, gratuity, retirement plans, etc.)
• Coordinate with benefits providers and manage enrollments and renewals
• Conduct compensation benchmarking and market analysis
• Communicate total rewards programs clearly to employees
• Ensure adherence to company policies and employment legislation
• Support internal and external audits related to payroll and benefits
• Prepare HR and statutory reports as required
