This role involves handling payroll calculations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, maintaining employee records, and assisting with compensation and benefits programs. The ideal candidate has strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and experience in payroll administration.

Payroll Processing:
  • Assist in preparing and processing payroll accurately and on time.
  • Verify employee working hours, overtime, deductions, and bonuses.
  • Ensure compliance with tax laws, labor regulations, and company policies.
  • Handle payroll-related queries from employees and resolve discrepancies.
Compensation & Benefits Administration:
  • Support the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
  • Maintain records of benefits enrollment and ensure accurate deductions.
  • Assist employees with benefits-related questions and claims processing.
  • Coordinate with benefits providers and vendors for policy updates and renewals.
Compliance & Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate payroll records, ensuring confidentiality and data security.
  • Assist in preparing payroll reports for audits and compliance checks.
  • Keep up-to-date with payroll laws, tax regulations, and industry best practices.
General HR Support:
  • Assist in onboarding new employees, ensuring payroll and benefits setup.
  • Support HR and finance teams in payroll-related tasks as needed.
  • Participate in process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency.
Qualifications
  • Must be a college graduate.
  • At least 6 months of relevant experience in reporting, submission of government/statutory loans (SSS, HDMF, PHIC), processing of claims.
