Key Responsibilities:
Administer and manage employee compensation and benefits programs.
Coordinate and monitor payroll processing in collaboration with the Payroll Specialist, HR Manager, and Finance team.
Review, verify, and validate payroll outputs for accuracy and compliance.
Process payroll accounts for newly hired employees and handle HRIS enrollment.
Review and submit final pay computations (including last pay) for approval prior to release.
Prepare, review, and submit BIR Alphalist (Forms 1604-C, 2316) and other tax-related statutory reports.
Handle computation, preparation, and monitoring of government remittances (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR).
Ensure timely and accurate remittance of statutory contributions and withholding taxes.
Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and government-mandated benefits.
Develop and administer employee benefits including company loans, leave credits, and allowances.
Address employee inquiries related to compensation, benefits, and statutory deductions.
Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date compensation and benefits records.
Prepare management reports on payroll costs, benefits utilization, and compliance status.
Coordinate with government agencies, auditors, and external vendors regarding payroll, tax, and benefits matters.
Assist in internal and external audits related to payroll, compensation, tax, and benefits.
Support HR projects and initiatives related to rewards and recognition programs.
