Job summary

Easy Foods International Corporation is seeking an HR Payroll & Timekeeping Staff to accurately maintain attendance and timekeeping records and help process payroll on schedule. You will verify inputs, compute overtime, leaves, and deductions, and coordinate with Finance to resolve discrepancies.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in HR or a related field, has payroll/timekeeping experience, and is proficient with Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Accounting, or related field.
• Preferably with payroll processing and timekeeping experience.
• Knowledge of Philippine payroll practices and statutory deductions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Able to handle confidential employee information professionally.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Can work independently and meet strict payroll deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and processing of employee payroll on a regular payroll schedule.
• Collect, review, and verify payroll inputs including basic salary, overtime, holiday pay, night differential, allowances, deductions, absences, undertime, and other adjustments.
• Ensure accurate computation and proper documentation of payroll-related transactions.
• Coordinate with Finance/Accounting regarding payroll discrepancies and adjustments.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of employee payroll information.
• Monitor and maintain daily employee attendance and timekeeping records.
• Review biometric/DTR records for missing punches, late arrivals, undertime, absences, and overtime.
• Validate and process approved overtime, leave, schedule changes, and other attendance adjustments.
• Coordinate with supervisors and department heads regarding attendance discrepancies.
• Prepare regular attendance and timekeeping reports.
