Job summary

BOOSTERFOODS, INC. is seeking a Payroll Officer to oversee monthly payroll for employees across industries. You will ensure accurate salary computations, manage inputs like attendance, overtime, and deductions, and process statutory contributions.

You will collaborate with HR on hires, changes, and movements affecting payroll while maintaining strict confidentiality and precise payroll records. The role requires 2–3 years of payroll experience and strong Excel/HRIS skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field.
• 2–3 years in payroll processing, preferably across multiple units.
• Strong monthly payroll processing and salary computation experience.
• Knowledge of Philippine statutory requirements (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
• Proficient with Excel and payroll/HRIS systems.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end monthly payroll for monthly-rated employees across multiple industries and business units.
• Collect, review, and validate payroll inputs including attendance, overtime, leave, undertime, absences, incentives, allowances, and deductions.
• Compute monthly salaries, adjustments, bonuses, incentives, and other employee compensation.
• Process statutory deductions and contributions, including SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR withholding tax.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of payroll reports, payroll summaries, and related documents.
• Coordinate with HR and department heads regarding new hires, resignations, salary adjustments, promotions, transfers, and other employee movements affecting payroll.
• Review payroll calculations and conduct reconciliation to identify and correct discrepancies before payroll release.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding salaries, deductions, payroll adjustments, and other payroll-related concerns.
• Maintain updated and organized payroll records and employee master data.
• Ensure strict confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive payroll and employee information.
