• Extensive experience in end-to-end payroll processing and tax compliance.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Review payroll calculations, adjustments, and imports before finalization.
• Manage payroll calendars, deadlines, and cut-off dates.
• Mentor and develop the payroll team and conduct training sessions.
• Address complex payroll inquiries with timely resolutions.
• Support month-end/year-end payroll and statutory reporting.
• Collaborate with Finance and internal auditors on payroll-related reports.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives in payroll processes.
