You will oversee Employment Hero and KeyPay, streamline workflows, and drive improvements across payroll processes. Qualifications

• Experience leading payroll teams.
• Proficiency with payroll platforms (Employment Hero & KeyPay).
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes and compliance considerations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the local PH Payroll team.
• Manage Employment Hero & KeyPay platforms.
• Optimize system workflows for improved efficiencies.
• Deliver payroll projects to meet AU legislation, awards, taxes and super changes and compliance.
• Comply with audits and people reporting requirements.
• Share insights to improve business decisions and employee experience.
• Hands-on payroll support and perform full payruns during absence of Payroll Officer.
• Supervise 2 direct reports: Payroll Officer and HR Admin.
