Job summary

PlayTime Entertainment is seeking an experienced Payroll Team Lead to oversee end-to-end payroll operations, compensation and benefits administration, and regulatory compliance in the Philippines. You will lead a team to ensure accurate and timely pay and maintain data integrity.

You will manage government reporting (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, withholding tax), optimize processes, and collaborate with Finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• At least 5 years in payroll, compensation, and benefits; team leadership preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine payroll, labor laws, taxation, and statutory requirements.
• Experience in payroll reconciliation, government reporting, audits, and final-pay processing.
• Proficiency in payroll systems and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payroll cycle including preparation, validation, approval and disbursement.
• Review payroll inputs such as attendance, overtime, allowances, deductions, and movements.
• Ensure compliance with government reports and statutory requirements.
• Oversee benefits administration (HMO, leaves, insurance).
• Maintain payroll records and support audits.
• Coach and develop the Payroll and Benefits team.
